Hillary Duff, a famous celebrity in Hollywood has recently declared herself single and fabulous. Her latest physical figure only revealed that alas, her dieting struggles had ended, and she looks sexy now. In the latest issue of US weekly, she confessed that she had unhealthy eating style when she gorged on junk foods that led her to balloon into size 15. She admitted that she could not go without chicken fingers, French fries, and ice cream.
Upon seeing herself on the photos taken by paparazzi, Hilary realized how huge she became. Duff then made a decision to dedicate and commit into strict protein and vegetable diet. Now, she does not have to stress out into fitting a bathing suit.
However, when media saw her again they speculated that since Hilary becomes too skinny, she is into drugs. She denied having something to do with drugs. Yet, she believes that in the entertainment world, nobody can please everyone.
The Hilary Duff diet plan becomes a trademark in the fitness and health industry. Duff’s diet composes of greens, fresh fruit, and lean protein. She ditched the junk foods for strictly greens and protein diet. She shared her own diet plan in one day.
For breakfast, Duff chooses to have Kashi cereals with 2% milk and a latté made from 2% milk. One option is to have egg-white omelet with Feta cheese. In lunchtime, grilled Caesar’s salad with 1 tablespoon of low fat or reduced fat dressing graced Hilary’s table. Hilary also hinted that she indulges in strength-training and cardiovascular exercises. She used to be a gymnast, and she is likely to bulk up with exercise. Instead of going with her friends to the gym, she does Pilates workout to develop her long and lean muscles. She works on her Pilates reformer machine 4 times a week. Her concentration aims at her lower body doing 32 reps with 20 different leg and butt exercises and 5 different Ab exercises.
Swimming is her favorite cardiovascular exercise. Hilary swims while she tours. She alternates on 7 laps of each freestyle, breast, butterfly and sidestroke everyday.
