Any weight over these allotments is extra that the baby doesn’t need to develop. This weight is very difficult to get rid of after your pregnancy.

Any celebrity that’s had a baby can tell you that normal, healthy women only need to increase their diet by 100 to 300 calories when they are pregnant. This amount of calories can be taken in by eating a bowl of cereal and an apple.
