Copyright copy images to the website?

My mother is the creation of his own film review / gossip site and had a question about whether or not a public domain image / photo sites out there that we can use to copy pictures of celebrities. If not, what is the most cheap File (Getty and WireImage are quite expensive, but there are others?) And the last question … so the movie review part is, they may simply copy and paste the logos movie poster (as the main poster image Dark Knight) or that is in violation of copyright issues? With regard to copyright and may, if the representation of images as their own creation which are indeed copyright infringement. If you give credit to that image and "copy" of that, you're pretty safe. Not a lot of lines fine when it comes to copyright laws. Some materials that are considered real property is considered public domain in the eyes of the law. I would like to make some research on the subject myself, before asking people who are definitely pose as armchair lawyers.
