Is this a good way to get an autograph from a celebrity?

for Tina Turner is taking place at Madison Square Garden, and I live in New York, but can not do the show, but I really want an autographed picture of her. I was thinking of sending an image with a self addressed stamped envelope, to Madison Square Garden at the time of the concerts, but was thinking of sending registered mail.Do think this is a good idea?
